I am a homeowner in Lancaster County, Virginia, looking to hire a reliable housekeeper to help maintain my 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning the bathroom, general rooms, and kitchen. In the bathroom, thorough cleaning and sanitizing are essential. I need someone who pays attention to detail, ensuring everything is tidy and fresh. You must be able to appropriately clean hardwood floors and granite countertops. I expect vacuuming of carpets and dusting. I do not generally make a mess but I also do not have time to do much cleaning. I expect you to wipe down kitchen surfaces, and keep the area neat. I do not need you to do dishes, clean the refrigerator, oven, or do laundry and make beds. I prefer to pay by the job and not the hour, which is what I am accustomed to. At another residence.. I am interested in someone who Is over 18, has references, and is not allergic to cats as I have one visit in my home periodically.
