Title: Dynamics CRM Developer
Locations: - Onsite: Malvern, PA
Duration: 06 Months
Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/Hr on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Skills: Client Dynamics 365 CRM Functional
Experience Required: 6-8

Technical/Functional Skills
Development & design expertise in Dynamics CRM technical like Dataverse, Power Platform tools like power automate/canvas & model driven apps
o Ability to develop plugins, JS, power automate flows
o Configure CRM components
o Ability to model in CRM Data based on requirements
o Integrations using Power Automate and Connectors, APIs - Previous experience on Workflow tools esp. Power Automate or custom API development
• Client C# skills to develop CRM custom extensions/Plugins
• Worked in Solution deployments, ALM and CRM Solutions, Security design
• Troubleshooting & solution achiever for the application development issues with team collaboration
• Worked on Reports OOB, Dashboard and Power BI
• Worked on Copilot within D365 and M365 and Copilot studio/Azure AI foundry and developed agents and/or chatbots using Copilot Studio
• Good Communication
• D365 Certification - PL 600/200 or AB 100
• Knowledge about Azure Components and AZ 900 certification is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Able to work in agile delivery model & stakeholder management.
• Create design by interacting with client stakeholders.
• Able to provide solutions to the CRM requirements in tight time schedule
• Conduct CRM solution approach workshops to the stakeholders
• Create High Level Technical design
• Manage CRM environments for testing, UAT and production.
• Deployment Support of the CRM solution
